• Resolve problems for MFA students and River Teeth or Poetry Press customers.
• Provided initial contact with prospective MFA students until task was reassigned to the central admissions office.
• Front desk and phone duties at Ashland University, Salsbury-Schweyer, Inc., Zion Lutheran Church of Wooster, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Mansfield, and Trinity Lutheran Church of Jeromesville.
• Provided member services and support for lay leadership at above mentioned churches.
• Worked as a waitress for three years (high school and early college years).
